A first cleaning, inside and out, is $259 for a home up to 2,000 square feet, $329 for 2,000 to 3,500 square feet, and $429 for larger homes on our Silver package. After that, a quarterly maintenance plan runs $60, $77, or $100 a month for those same home sizes. Oceanfront and riverfront estates get a custom quote.
How often should windows be cleaned in Sanibel?
Every two months for anything facing the Gulf or on a canal, and quarterly for the inland streets under the trees. Gulf-front sliders can need a monthly exterior wipe in the windy months from November to April. Most people have the inside glass done once a year.
Do you work in the gated communities?
Yes. We work in The Dunes, Gulf Pines, Shell Harbor, Sanibel Bayous and the other gated and guarded streets on the island. Just add us to your gate list or tell us the procedure when you book.
Can you remove hard water spots from sprinklers?
In most cases, yes. Mineral spots from sprinkler overspray need a dedicated treatment rather than regular cleaning. Tell us about them on the quote form and we will look at them on the first visit.
